Dogwood Gardens Senior Living was purchased by Susan and Mitchell Coffee in December 2005. Both of them grew up in Eastman and Dodge County. Susan manages the day-to-day operations of Dogwood. We strive to be a true home away from home for adults who can no longer live alone or don’t want to live alone. Our new residents soon realize that living at Dogwood Gardens provides them, their family and their friends with the peace of mind knowing they are in a safe environment. Our trained caregivers are always nearby and are ready to respond as needed.

The cost of living at Dogwood Gardens is predictable. It is an all-inclusive, flat rate price that covers your room, three meals a day and snacks, utilities, cable TV, activities, medication management and assistance, personal assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming as needed, weekly laundry and housekeeping, linens and more. You are responsible for the cost of your medications, your telephone or cell phone, beauty shop charges, and any other incidentals you may want. Dogwood Gardens is a private pay personal care home and does not accept Medicaid. We are happy to provide assistance if you wish us to guide you in completing Aid and Attendance paperwork for veterans and spouses of veteran.
